As mentioned before, the event will extend over a maximum of 5 days. This will include 3 days of workshops (1 for facilitation/moderation, 2 for integration of ICTs into development sectors) and 2 days for the CIVIC conference. Most persons will not be present for the full 5 days, but we expect the full 50 participants for the CIVIC conference.
The suggested agenda for our discussions is as follows:
1. Review and finalise the objectives of the CIVIC event May 29-31
2. Establish a process of selection of focus sectors for ICT4D integration training June 2-4
3. Develop the Agenda for the event
June 5-10
4. Develop criteria by which attendees will be selected June 11-13
5. Determine a format/content for the final Event Report June 16-18
6. Sunmmary report due June 20
