Survey to include a free form text field for "other" where people can suggest other topics for training
Objectives:
- To review challenges affecting ICT for development in the Caribbean region
- To identify the challenges facing CIVIC, and develop its capacity to address Caribbean ICT4 D challenges as in 1)
- To develop a draft framework for a 3 year strategic plan for CIVIC (2009-2011)
